Role and Responsibilities:
- Demand generation: Identify and execute strategies to to drive awareness and demand
- Content Marketing: Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other resources to educate and engage our target audience.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Analyze email performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, and others to connect with potential customers and industry influencers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Best suited for candidates who
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the drone industry and its ecosystem is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
