Role and Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training using AI-driven playbooks to accelerate adoption.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to resolve technical challenges and ensure satisfaction.
- Design tailored, techno-commercial solutions in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Own post-deployment support and maintain service quality.
- Use AI tools to automate support ops, analyze feedback, and inform product improvements.
- Act as the customer’s voice internally, influencing roadmap and UX enhancements.
- Manage renewals and drive retention through proactive engagement and data-driven insights.
Best suited for candidates who
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in a drone-centric role.
- Use AI tools to automate support ops, analyze feedback, and inform product improvements.
- Experience in the commercial drone industry, with a preference for those who've engaged with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
- A genuine passion for ensuring customer success.
