As a Solutions Engineer at FlytBase, you’ll serve as the high-bandwidth link between our enterprise clients and technical teams—leveraging AI-native tools and insights to ensure customers extract maximum value from our platform. You will drive adoption, accelerate outcomes, and help global clients scale drone autonomy with confidence.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training using AI-driven playbooks to accelerate adoption.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to resolve technical challenges and ensure satisfaction.
  • Design tailored, techno-commercial solutions in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Own post-deployment support and maintain service quality.
  • Use AI tools to automate support ops, analyze feedback, and inform product improvements.
  • Act as the customer’s voice internally, influencing roadmap and UX enhancements.
  • Manage renewals and drive retention through proactive engagement and data-driven insights.

Best suited for candidates who

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a drone-centric role.
  • Use AI tools to automate support ops, analyze feedback, and inform product improvements.
  • Experience in the commercial drone industry, with a preference for those who've engaged with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
  • A genuine passion for ensuring customer success.
