Our Pune-based Robotics team is hiring a hands-on engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems for real-world drone autonomy. You’ll work at the intersection of robotics, AI, and systems engineering—building scalable, production-ready platforms that power fully autonomous aerial missions across the globe.

Role and Responsibilities

As part of our Robotics team, you’ll build the backbone of AI-powered drone autonomy:

  • Design, develop & test high-reliability systems for autonomous drones & docking stations
  • Build scalable, production-grade software that runs on real fleets—not just simulations
  • Use AI to accelerate development, debug faster, and iterate smarter
  • Evaluate bleeding-edge tech and ship what works—fast
  • Influence the full-stack robotics architecture with first-principles thinking
  • Build internal tools and automation pipelines to boost team velocity
  • Collaborate with AI, Cloud, and Product teams to deliver real-world use cases

Best suited for candidates who

  • Have built robotics systems for competitions like Robocon, e-Yantra, IMAV, AUVSI SUAS
  • Have worked with ROS, and understand how to orchestrate real robots—not just simulate them
  • Have experience with multi-robot systems, control theory, SLAM, or motion planning
  • Know your way around DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments
  • Have strong foundations in multithreading, network protocols, and distributed systems
  • Have shipped production-grade code in teams and taken ownership end-to-end
  • Move fast. Solve problems. And leverage AI like a co-pilot.

    Compensation:
