Role and Responsibilities
- Own and grow global enterprise relationships using a consultative, AI-first approach.
- Translate complex customer needs into tailored drone autonomy solutions.
- Educate stakeholders on BVLOS compliance, AI workflows, and security integrations.
- Drive full-funnel execution—from MQL to conversion—while tracking key sales metrics.
- Build high-conviction business cases via demos, decks, whitepapers, and ROI models.
- Collaborate with partners on techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and integrations.
- Leverage CRM, analytics, and AI tools to automate reporting, forecasting, and sales ops.
- Represent FlytBase at international trade shows and industry conferences.

- Are great with people- possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others. Excel in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and fostering strong rapport with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a high level of empathy and the ability to understand and relate to the challenges and concerns of the customers.
- Hold a bachelors degree in engineering or business.
- Demonstrate 0+ years of full time experience in enterprise SaaS marketing and sales.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying how drones can effectively solve customer problems.
- Are able to thrive in a fast- paced startup environment, adapting quickly to meet customer needs and address challenges.
- Possess a deep understanding of business metrics, and growth strategies, understanding Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), reducing churn rates, and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Possess the ability to leverage AI technologies to improve business development strategies, automate tasks, and drive data- driven decision making.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in commonly used productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Are willing to be held accountable for lead generation and/or revenue targets.
- Are available for a full-time role based in Pune.
- Are willing to work evenings and weekends to coordinate across time zones and ensure timely customer interactions.
- Possess a passion for closing sales and a readiness to provide exceptional customer service on a 24x7 basis.
- Love to close sales and ready to work with customers 24×7!
Note: MBA degree is not required. Drone/Robotics/IoT/AI/SaaS industry experience is a plus.
